Modern lineside drains there are available in packs 10 with 2 bases or 4 bases 

Each base is 1.50mm thick and the blue cover is 0.50mm thick so you should be able to work out the pack you need, every base is separate and cover is separate so you can make them up to the correct hight for what you require
