All of our products are 3D printed to order unless otherwise stated.

 


  • Processing time:
    Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Complex, large, or custom orders may require additional processing time.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit time.

Track3D Railway Parts is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Packaging

 

 

 

 

All items are carefully packaged to protect them during transit.

Smaller parts are secured to prevent damage, and fragile items receive additional protection.


Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:


  • You will receive an email confirmation
  • Tracking information will be provided where applicable

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


Delays & Lost Parcels

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:


  • Postal service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing (international orders)


If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.


  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
  • Returned parcels may require additional postage to be resent.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  2. Include clear photos of the damage and packaging
